Our onboard diversity training is mandatory for all contractors and employees, and it is offered on a regular basis. NCLB believes that diversity training is essential for creating a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for all. Nudge Cargo Logistics is committed to providing diversity training for all of its contractors and employees. Our Diversity and Inclusion training initiative aims to help employees understand unconscious bias, how to be more inclusive, and how to create a more diverse and equitable workplace. Training is delivered by a qualified facilitator and covers topics such as:

  • The definition of diversity and inclusion

  • The importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace

  • The different types of bias

  • How to identify and mitigate bias

  • How to create a more inclusive workplace

  • The company's diversity and inclusion policies and procedures

NCLB is committed to continuing to improve its commitment to inclusion. The company regularly reviews its policies and practices to ensure that they are inclusive and equitable. NCL also seeks feedback from employees on how to make the workplace more welcoming and inclusive.
